Coastal Fiber gathers every year to celebrate the Holiday Season and reflect on the success of the closing year. On December 17th, 2021 a massive fiber outage was reported just a few hours before a scheduled holiday gathering.
The Coastal crews collectively decided to deploy all teams rather than split up. To ensure that the crews were recognized for their selflessness and diligence, the Managers collected the food and made plates which were then delivered to the teams working the outage. We all rallied together and ensured we were responsive to the situation.
This just goes to show how committed we are to teamwork. We understand that, when things get difficult, we’ll go further together than we will separately.
